On-Site Service, Repair and Installation

We will come right to your home and troubleshoot your problem on your equipment. If you can recreate the problem...we can fix it. Whether it's a hardware problem or a software problem, at 2RC we understand the annoyance and frustration of not having your PC running properly and we can be on-site generally within 48-hours.

If you've just purchased a new PC and don't know how to add it to your network, transfer all your data, emails, pictures and music...we've got the expertise to get you up and running on the new PC in no time.  Even if you just need help figuring out what to buy...we can help.

Upgrades

If your PC is 2 or more years old, we may be able to add more life to it with a simple upgrade.  TRC will come on-site and perform an audit of your hardware and let you know what your options are.  With digital pictures and music taking up lots of storage space, perhaps a bigger hard drive is all you need.  If your system is sluggish due to too many software programs running, we can trim things down and add some RAM to make your PC run like the day you got it.
