Two River Computer (TRC) was created because a need for on-site, expert computer help is needed in the Two River communities of Fair Haven, Rumson, Little Silver, Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright, Oceanport, Red Bank and Shrewsbury.

Tom Bull, owner of TRC, has been in the computer field since 1981.  He has been designing and managing computer networks ever since, and has been a Microsoft-Certified professional since 1995.  Tom was born and raised in the Two River area and has lived in Fair Haven since 1992.  He has been helping his friends and neighbors with their PC problems for over 20 years, so he is keenly aware of the needs of home PC users.  It became clear that more help was needed in the surrounding areas as word spread that there was someone who was willing to make in-home service calls in a professional and competent manner.
